The Blyde River Canyon Lodge is a hidden jewel, set alongside the sparkling waters of the Blyde River and affectionately sheltered by the majestic Drakensberg Mountains. The lodge offers local and international travellers a unique African bush experience.
Situated in an 85 hectare botanical reserve, which boasts a wealth of fauna and flora, not only is the Blyde River Canyon Lodge a magical holiday getaway, but it is also provides a home away from home for discerning professionals who regularly stay at the lodge when they have business engagements in the area.
The lodge is on the Hoedspruit side of the Blyde Canyon, 4 km from the Blyde dam boat jetty.
Zebra, Wildebeest and other wild game are some of the local residents that you will find wandering by.
A blend of Victorian and African decor compliments the beauty and majesty of 900 year old Jackal berry trees, whose shade cascades over the pristine lawn areas.
Full English breakfasts are served daily, and delicious cuisine is available on request for lunch and dinner.
